Design Principle of Screws:

One pair of Hybrid Combined Variable Pitch Screws is turning by keeping in constant distance not to tough each other and process product will be inhaled, compressed, and discharged as basic principle of vacuum process through 2 wide spirals, one variable spiral, and 2 narrow spirals in order to improve the disadvantage of single pitch screw, which is high temperature and consumption, and variable pitch screw, which is mechanical problem occur clogging, caused by narrow space between pitch at the end.
